Wendy Dewar Hughes is the owner at Summer Bay Press, a company devoted to providing the tools and resources to help people achieve professional polish in written communications, book writing and publishing. 

"My journey into creative pursuits began early. I have been an artist and a writer all my life and come from an entrepreneurial family. I have followed such diverse occupations as travel agent, sales manager, graphic artist, sales and marketing trainer, and author. 

I am passionate about books, writing and publishing and love to help people tell their stories, and get them into print. I have spent years writing and studying the business of publishing - a business that is in the process of going through massive changes with the advent of print-on-demand and e-books. The internet has changed the face of many businesses and publishing books is no exception. 

I am a novelist and business writer and have helped numerous other writers become authors with my coaching and publishing services. I draw from my professional and personal experience in art, design, and writing as well as sales and marketing to help my clients create books and materials that help them reach their publishing goals."
